Since the last update i can’t access my settings/Administrate/ , must be server settings in generel, says it’s not available?

- Agents
- Libraries
- Plugins
- Network
- Transcoder
- Language
- DLNA
- Schedulet tasks
- Extra material

was plex the only thing that updated? did you make sure that no windows updates got installed too? i posted about a windows update that breaks the service from running correctly. also, maybe it is showing as another server. I have had that too. Might look under the More area to see if you see your server listed again.
