I shared my library with my sister but she can only access it on her tablet or phone. I can login as her on my phone at her house and access it, but then her PS3 and smart tv both say my server is unavailable.
Check the secure connections setting in server and the allow insecure connections on player apps. maybe change them to allow insecure?
