Can't access shared library

I can no longer access a shared library I used to be able to. Can’t access on laptop or ipad
Friend who shares same library is not having a problem. On mobile device I get an error message that “something went wrong with playing your media. Conversion failed. transcoder exited due to an error.” On laptop I get the error that “Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”

Im in the middle of an episode I already started, so its not the file itself. Please help!

The issue would be with the server. if it cannot transcode you will get those errors. The transcoder that does the conversion is on the server. Without server logs hard to know why it can’t transcode. They might have it set to only allow one person to transcode at a time for example.

I would try changing the remote quality to maximum and turning off auto quality. to see it that helps ( it will only help if the app can play the file natively)
