- Shutdown Plex Media Server on your Synology.
- Fix how your media is named & organized.
- If you are comfortable with CLI, you can attempt to repair the database. If not, delete it the files referenced in the support article and start over with new libraries.
- Restart PMS and adjust libraries as needed to pick up reorganized media.
Given how poorly things are currently organized, you should strongly consider dumping the database and starting over. The current database, even when repaired, will be full of incorrect information that will be purged anyway when you rename/reorganize your media.
