I cannot access Plex on my Synology DS918+. I’ve done all the procedures indicated and it always gives unauthorized access, but on my DS215 there’s no problem. I only have problems with PLEX since I upgraded to DSM7 with DSM 6 everything worked without problems. I would appreciate your help, because I think it might have to do with the DS918+ model. Thanks
What procedures are you referring to and how exactly are you trying to connect to your server?

Segui o tutorial todo, dando permissões totais ao PlexMeiaServer e continuo sem acesso. Mensagem NÃO AUTORIZADO. Com o Emby não tive problemas acesso de fora. Com o PLEX nem internamente na minha rede. Já desinstalei, instalei e nada. Com o DS215 não tive problemas. Só com o DS918+

Where exactly do you get the „not authorized“ message? Is this an error message from DSM, your browser or is it displayed inside the Plex web app?
Permission issues should only cause problems when it comes to Plex not seeing your media files
