Can't add a folder

I’ve been tryin to add a folder for video but follow the online help I can’t find the + to do this as below.

Hover your mouse over the text LIBRARIES on the left side

Hi no nothing appears when i do that, I even clicked along the area you showed.

Make sure you are logged in to the right user account. You must be logged into the ‘sidthesod’ user account. Not into one of your ‘managed’ users.

Best you make a screenshot of the homepage of Plex Web to illustrate the issue.

That took some doing plex running on server not on here.
Ok the pic shows mouse where the add button should be but it isn’t.
You will now see folder for video - I did this via the web page not the app.
My app is from the 5/12 but win store showing new version but wont install it.
Also my remote access has stop like others

You are using the Plex app from the Windows app store. This is a ‘playback-only’ app.

All ‘administration’ tasks are done with the ‘Plex Web’ app:
