Can't add amazon drive to plex

Hello.

I just signed up with amazon drive. i uploaded all my files. I have a press pass on plex, and I’m trying to add my cloud to my libraries. i cant see it anywhere. I’ve looked at all the forums and can’t seem to add the cloud. can someone help me please. thank you in advance.

In order to add Amazon cloud to your local Plex server you must use one of the many programs that make Amazon Cloud appear as a local drive and then you use that drive (the sub folder that contains your shows) as the source for a library in Plex.

Many of the programs that do that will not allow you to access existing content but some will. Be sure to check that ability when you research to find the one best for you.

Plex doesn’t connect to your amazon drive - you need to use your tool of choice to mount the drive so it appears locally. Plex then connects to that local mount.

thank you for the quick reply. do you know what programs I need?

what OS are you running?

Windows - Netdrive
Linux - ACD_CLI

There are others, these seem to be the most popular though.

Just want to state as @Elijah_Baley said this is for adding cloud to your local server.

If you are looking for “Plex Cloud” which gives direct access to the cloud with its own server, its currently still in Beta and not everyone has access to it yet.

on windows and mac
