Sometimes movies don’t match. Or no matter what I do, they mismatch and won’t match correctly. Example: We Go to Monte Carlo with Audrey Hepburn. Now I can add title, sort titles, original titles, and tags for director, writer(s), studio, etc. by hand to titles that don’t match. But I can’t add actors and actresses. With the result that when I search for “all movies in which Audrey Hepburn appeared,” I’m going to miss that title–because it didn’t match with any media matching agent I tried. Apart from the improvement needed in the matching agents, let’s have a feature that lets me specify a cast list if I can’t make a good automatic match and have to unmatch it and specify everything by hand.

No, you can’t fiddle with, the long sought after, but never developed, Cast Member Edit (that doesn’t exist), so in the long run it’s easier to name your files according to the instructions so they’ll match - and get the correct cast info from TMDB:
We Will All Go to Monte Carlo (1951).xxx
It’s also a lot easier when you get the name right…
BTW:
IF, for some reason, TMDB doesn’t have the name in your Language listed correctly… if you’re a member, you can add it as an Alternate Title in seconds… problem solved… let’s see if that works at Plex Movie or IMDB…
