The listing of movie metadata has been talked about for some time now. It is very important as once something is matched, and an actor is not listed, the search for everything the actor is in is a moot point - they will not show.
This recently happened when I looked for Harrison Ford. Three of the four movies showed but Indiana Jones 3 never popped up. This defeats the purpose of the search and renders it useless.
I really need a fix for this issue. If I could go in and add Harrison Ford to the cast then the movie would show up. I have unmatched and matched again using Plex and Movie databases. Still no joy.
Does anyone have an idea or is plex going to make it a priority to allow the end user to add actors to a database that is not complete. If Plex allows me to fool around with the other variables like producer and director it would be nice to be allowed to mess with actor(s).
Any ideas?
