Can't add media to plex server

On Windows 10 pro, I have used this same pc for a plex before without any issues on another account. Oddly enough I can login to the old account and I can add media. Not sure what is going on.

Hello is there a way to add media? I go to add media it says download the plex server, which I already have done, just goes into a loop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. I have a yearly pass that I can’t use.

It sounds like your server is still linked to your other account. Simply reinstalling the server app won’t change that.
