I just created my Plex account. When I click on “Your Media” I am continually prompted to :“Get Plex Media Server” even though I have already downloaded and installed it and I’m logged into it! How can I get around this to add my personal videos on my computer?
Is it possible you tried using Plex Media Server before in the past? Some old info might have been left behind. Try following Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support to remove any old info.
