Any time I try to add a new TV show it’s says “ your changes can’t be saved” is there anything I can do to fix this?
Are you adding each show’s folder to your library’s Edit > “Add folder” dialog? If so, that is not a good way to do it, as it has a limit on how many folders you can add. Instead, use the official Plex Organizing your TV Shows method, and simply add the base folder of your TV Shows.

Ok I did not know there was a limit I’ll try it just adding the base folder .. I’ll let you know if that fixed it thanks for the help
Adding the base folder has many advantages, as you never need to manually add new shows in the future. Depending on if the media is local (on the same computer) or remote (on a network NAS), the server will either automatically detect new media added (local), or you can turn on a schedule and have the server scan the folder for new media (remote).
If I don’t need to watch something new I added, I just let the server pick it up during its next scheduled scan. If it’s something I do want to watch, I will trigger a manual scan.
I’ve seen quite a few people doing it that (wrong) way recently.
Did you do this because you were following some kind of guide?
If so, I’d like to know where that guide was, to get it removed or corrected.

So I’ve been doing it the wrong way for 12 yrs without issues. I believe I did it that way because the the server was going nuts when I tried to do everything at once. It was a way to add a little at a time. I’ve learned a lot since then. This way is much easier thanks for the reply
