Can't Add Two Albums To Music Library?

Server Version#: 1.32.6.7557-1cf77d501 (Netgear ReadyNAS)
Player Version#: 1.79.1.3984-879339ed (Windows 10 PC)

I’m going crazy here. I have two identical NAS systems, both with PLEX Media Server installed. They have identical music files. I have the second NAS and PLEX Media Server setup as a backup. The primary NAS music library is missing two albums by Equilibrium, “Erdentempel” and “Erdentempel Instrumental”. Both of these albums are present in the backup PLEX library however. I have rescanned library. I have updated meta data. I have deleted the two albums from the primary NAS and replaced them with copies from the backup NAS. I have been able to see the missing albums and tracks by sorting the library by “folder”. Once in the folder I have tried to edit each separate song track with the correct artist and album name. I click on save changes after each edit, but the changes don’t stick and all fields go blank except for the song title. I don’t know how to fix this. Please help.

Someone moved my post to the Plex Media Server forum, which is fine. I thought it belonged in the Windows Media Player section since my missing albums don’t show up in the Windows app. I assumed that the libraries where stored locally on whatever device is accessing your server, which in my case is on a local network NAS.

Anyway, are there no ideas how to force these two albums to show up? Thanks.

Is there a moderator that might have some advice? I thought about uninstalling/reinstalling PLEX, but I’m not certain if I should do this to the Windows 10 Player app where the library doesn’t show the two albums or to the Netgear NAS PLEX Media Server. I also have no idea if uninstalling/reinstalling would even help.

Anyone?
