Why do I get this completely unrelated pop up to set the ‘Local music video path’ whenever I click the settings button for any of the categories?
There has not ever been any settings for that legacy local media agent to configure for movies or TV. IIRC the legacy local media assets agent is the same for all the legacy primary agent types is why the gear shows up for all of them. The title just changes for the primary agent it is in. The settings does not really causing any problems so it can just be ignored . Them being legacy agents which are not really worked on any more since they will be eventually removed, it is unlikely there will be code changed just to remove the gear button when under movies or Tv. Sorry for any confusion
If you are using the new non-legacy Plex Movie agent it does not utilize those legacy agent settings at all. The Plex Movie and Plex TV Series agent settings are in the advanced settings of the library set to them
