Can't change audio on Samsung TV

I’m unable to change the audio source from the first audio source on my QN90A Samsung TV plex app. Selecting the second audio source does select it as expected in the UI, but the audio output is still that of the first source.

The streamed file is a H.265 .mkv file. Disabling “Allow direct play” fixes the issue.
