Change audio (tv show or movies) on Neo QLED Samsung (tizen)

Hi,
I just acquire the latest neo qled 55QN95A 2021, SERIE 9 of samsung.
When I change the audio of a tv show episode or a movie (french to english, or english to french) the selection is ok (the checkbox is the good one), but the language is always the french one, even if the english option is selected.

For information I have 3 others plex players for the same plex server :

  • Samsung QLED 55Q9F 2018,
  • Shield TV
  • Xiaomi MiBox

For these 3 players I have no problems. I think the issue is on my tizen version T-NKM2DEUC-1057.0, BT-S for the neo qled tv.

Is it possible to fix it ?

Is the French track the first audio track? We have seen issues like this were some devices will only play the first audio track. The Plex app wants to direct play the file but the device just won’t pick the other audio tracks. Turn off the option in the app to direct play, which will then force Plex to change the file and move the selected audio track to the front.

Thanks for your advice, but where can I found this option. I play with lot of them according audio, but I can’t find it on player app on my tv.

From the Plex app, go to the sidebar menu on the left and at the bottom go to settings. Find the tab for video. There should be a check box for direct play.
