Cant change password?

Yeah but I said it was in this e-mail address so how can my real Plex be deleted? However I am trying to add a library on this address but Plex can not find my NAS. Everything is f****d Up. I do not know what to do?

You have deleted your account which used the email address tri****.l****n@hotmail.com

  1. Use your Web browser and go to this web page:
    https://app.plex.tv/desktop

  2. use the ‘Sign Out’ menu item in this menu:
    web_sign_out

  3. Now sign In again, using your email address tri****.l****n@hotmail.com and the associated password.

  4. Perform this procedure: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

Everything is strange. On the account with this mail I fond a server but not when I log in using my Hotmail account.

Please follow the procedure I laid out above, in the prescribed order.
If you don’t do it, I cannot help you.

OK I followed the link but I did not have the option PlexOnlineHome. I didn’t have it in my registry. I deleted the others.
I signed in, but even though I have Plex media server installed I get this

image.png

And now I followed the link to restore access to media server… but no I can still not see my NAS when I try to add a library

What NAS device?
I was under the impression that your Plex server is running on Windows?
Did you install Plex server on several devices?

It’s like this

Is Plex server directly installed on your NAS or is it only installed on your Windows computer?

And here is the registry again without the PlexOnlineHome
[image erased because it contained the token, which allows access to the server]

The registry shows that the server is using your original plex account.
Stop using your email and log into the plex.tv website with the right plex account.
Then open the forums directly https://forums.plex.tv

Good morning

Finally after hours of hard work I made it work again.

Thanks for all your help yesterday

If your issue actually was that you could not see the content on your NAS, I have another link for you:
