I can’t remember my password so would like to change it. I click on Forgot password and I receive the email. I click on the button to reset my password and it logs me in to my plex account but doesn’t offer to change my password. If I go to Account Settings and try to change my password it asks me to confirm my current password… WTF???
How do I change my password if I dont remember my old one?
Copy the link from the email into the clipboard.
Then open your web browser in ‘incognito’ or ‘private’ mode.
Paste in the address from the clipboard into the address bar.

I can’t log onto my account because it strangely says that my password is wrong when it it not. When I try to get a link to create a new one I never receive an email. I clicked “forgot password”, put in my email but receive nothing. HELP!
I even had to create this email only to be able to get support because in the “contact” form it’s not possible. Kind of stupid! The email I used to create my account is not the same as this one.
Please PM me your real user name and email address so this can be investigated.

You must log out from this temporary account and go back into your real plex account.
I ligger out and in to my old account. Same resultat. No server is available
I reinstalled Plex media server om my laptop. I reinstalled Plex om my Bad but No it is still THE same. I changed router two days Ago, van that be the reason? The new one is a Huawei B525.
And now it says to download Plex media server and to install it and the server will show in windows. But I have done that and No server can be seen
On how many machines have you installed Plex server?
Because I can see that there is a Plex server in your current plex account.
Is the web browser installed on the same machine as your Plex server?
Are you using VPN software?
Shut down Plex server using its tray icon
extract the .reg file from this zip archive secureconns_reset.zip (388 Bytes)
and double-click it and import the settings into your registry.
Now start Plex server again and let it run for 5 minutes.

Log it back in to your real account ‘Drezz’.
