Can't Claim my Server

I have been trying to claim my server for days now. My server was initially on a Win 10 system, but I migrated over to Ubuntu 20.04. I moved over the media, metadata, plug-ins and plug-ins support folders. I have tried every single thing I can. It’s happened a couple times where the server got claimed, but then my libraries disappeared and couldnt be found. and now my server cant be claimed, again. Ive tried everything, and any time I try to go into a server setting tab I get “Server settings are unavailable”. Ive tried a reinstall. Ive tried signing in/out. Ive. Tried. Everything.

Please help
