Server missing/Cannot Claim/Setup

Player Version#:Using Desktop web APP

I’m having issues setting up my server. I started having this issue today morning, but haven’t had time to try and fix this until now.
I’ve tried trouble shooting with the supported links like: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

None of these have helped.

During the process of trying to reclaim the server I’m able to access my library temporarily until I try claiming and I then get locked out.

According to our records, your server with a name that starts with an animal, was seen 4 hours ago, but was not published!

Please export the following registry keys to a file, and DM it to me. Note: DM, not post here!

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
