I went to update to the latest PMS a few days ago and it told me “something went wrong”, and had an “!” next to my account name. I also couldn’t access my server from any new sources, only old sources that have previously been on the account. I tried signing out and signing back in, but now I can’t sign back in, it says my connection is blocked. I also need to Reclaim my server now, but when I press the Claim button, nothing happens. Nothing has changed on my end, I don’t have ANY firewalls running, I’ve tried disabling everything. I go to plex.tv and try to login to my account and it says authentication error or “there was a problem logging into Plex”, my time/date is correct (per support article). This only happens on my desktop where my server is. If I go to plex.tv on any other device I can login just fine. Please help, and thank you!
FYI… I was able to fix this issue. I had to go into my network settings in Windows 10 and reset/reload all my network drivers and settings. I have no clue what happened, but this fixed the issue!
