Can't claim server

I just installed PLEX on a remote VPS (ubuntu), but I can’t claim it.
I used http://server-ip:32400/web, and I was able to see the plex login page. after I log in using my plex credential, I was taken directly to plex web. I can see all my other servers but the one I’m on, so I can’t claim it.
because I was able to get plex web on http://server-ip:32400/web/index.html#, meaning plex is running just fine on this VPS. but how do I claim it? is there anyway to claim it via ssh?
