i have installed app from download at plex
i have tried installin plex from apps in mycloud
im never able to see my server
Are you accessing the server through the bundled web app in order to complete the installation?

You need to access the server locally in order to claim it.

So… when you open the bundled Plex web app… are you able to setup/access your own server (=issue is only about claiming)?
