Hi, I feel like an idiot right now. I just laid down $150 for a plex pass membership only to discover the no matter what I do, plex on the PS4 will not connect to my ubuntu based server. Both Plex server and the PS4 have the latest updates. Both are on the same network and the media player on the PS4 sees my plex server dlna so I know it’s not a network issue. Any suggestions?
Oh and I have tried restarting both the server and the PS4. Nothing. And the server is logged in to plex.tv.
Having the same issue myself. Wondering if its related to PSN being down.
And PSN back up and Plex connecting again

Yup it’s working now but I decided to switch to the xbox because I couldn’t get my harmony remote to place nice with the ps4.
