PS4 Client cannot connect to local windows server - what am I missing?

I have been using Plex for many years very happily. I have a Windows PC as a dedicated server on my LAN, and frequently use wither an Android client or IOS client and a Chromecast to watch content on one of the TVs.

I recently acquired a 2nd hand PS4 and found to my delight that it has a Plex app.

However, I cannot get it to work.

After I successfully went through verifying the client to my Plex Pass account (code on screen stuff) it sits and spins for a bit and then says:

“The server is unavailable. Plex will automatically try and reconnect to this server.”

Yes, I have tried the DNS setting fix, but no it still doesn’t work.

Any suggestions?

Why won’t it find the server on the local LAN? Other clients seem to have no problem.
