Server Version#: 1.31.0.6654
Tuner Make/Model: AntennasDirect Clearstream TV
I’m trying to set up a Clearstream TV that I bought several years ago and finally dug out of the box yesterday. I find mentions of this being supported, or having been supported, but nothing definite and no real info on it. When I try to add it, I get “There was a problem adding the device: 10.31.12.184”, and the log snippet is at the end. The clearstream is updated to the latest (last?) firmware, which says it supports plex, but I don’t know if plex still supports it, if there are some instructions that I can’t find, or if there’s something wrong with my PMS install. Any help would be appreciated!
