Tuner Make/Model: Clearstream TV tuner (Firmware version:1.1.0.414r1-V1)
I am trying to connect a Clearstream TV tuner to Plex running in a docker container. The tuner works with their app on iPhone. The firmware version for the tuner is supposed to be the right one based on the articles I could find, and the app also has a pop up saying the tuner is ready for Plex, and firmware is up to date.
When trying to add the tuner. I can see that it makes a request to “/discover.json” which returns 400. When I curl that endpoint I just get an echo of “/discover.json” which is not really json.
I tried to contact Clearstream support and they basically told me they can’t help. They stopped selling it in 2019, and Plex certified it. They suggested I try the forums.
Has anyone run into this, or have any suggestions on what I can try next to resolve this. Really appreciate any help.
