Can't connect my life account to my new server

Hi team. I’ve installed Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 6.8.0-47-generic x86_64) on my HETZNER server and then installed plexmediaserver_1.41.1.9057-af5eaea7a_amd64.deb. I tried to connect my lifetime subscription account to this server, and sometimes it connects, but after a few seconds… it disconnects and shows the error on the photo that says:

"Unauthorized
You do not have access to this server
You might be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” in the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or the Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, please check our support article.

I need your help to connect it. Please.

You and the server must be on the same home (LAN & RFC-1918) subnet.
You also must open the server URL using it’s IP address.

If you are on a different subnet (or remote from it) -or- accessing it using a FQDN, PMS default security will not permit access and claiming until the conditions are met.

It does this to protect your media in those configurations where you have a VPS / remote machine.

Can you send me to a tutorial or something?
Because it open Plex but sends me the error.
i use my server ip/web

I apologize.

I missed this point…
