I have signed out of both the Plex Server and the app on my Roku then signed back in in the order that the faq said and I still get “Plex Server unavailable”. It was working correctly up until yesterday and would not reconnect after I restarted my PC.
The Roku stick has a strong wifi connection and when I enter the 4 digit passcode into plex link it connects to my account.
The server end also has a strong wifi connection and I can see all of my media located on my NAS.
