If I want to add my Tidal account via https://plex.tv/users/other-services, I will be redirected to plex.tv after authentication on tidal.com. I’ve tried this countless times and with different browsers. The account just won’t be added.
Is there another way to connect my Tidal account in Plex? Or are you already working on a bugfix?
I have the same problem, firefox, chrome, on android and PC. I signed up for Tidal specifically to use on plex and I cannot use it.
Same here. Switched from a Tidal trial (signed up directly with Tidal and initially linked to Plex without issues) to a paid subscription through Plex, but now I can’t re-link the accounts.
I am having the same issue as the original poster. Is there a way to contact Plex customer support directly about this issue?
Also having this problem. For me it seems like it’s linked and I can enable or disable Tidal in Settings > Online Media Sources, but when I actually select Tidal in Home > Online Content it tells me to sign up.
Having exact same issue. Each time I try to link through “other services” it just doesn’t do anything. Frustrating!
