Can't connect to local lan with Android when internet is down

Got hit by Hurricane Beryl and lost my Xfinity internet access. I still have power so my Google Wifi LAN is still up and my Plex Server is running. I can watch videos and live tv (can’t see the guide) on my Windows 11 clients but not on my Android TV clients. Also have the issue on my Samsung S6 tablet and Pixel 8…though PlexAmp seems to work just fine on the pixel 8. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m not sure there is anything you can do once the internet is already out. I seem to recall adding whitelisting for your local network IP range to connect without authorization does not work unless initially done while the internet is still up.
