Hi I’m in the UK, I’m a lifetime Plex subscriber . I’m having problems connecting to my Plex server on my, western digital my cloud, the remote access stays red… I have set my router to have a reserved IP and port 32400 but no joy, please help .
I’m having the same issue, didn’t change any settings and stopped working yesterday. Canyouseeme can see my port (32400) as open, tried various things e.g. rebooting, disable/enable upnp, rebooting router/plex etc but no luck
