Can’t connect to Plex server while ExpressVPN is connected

Plex v1.16.5.1554
https://www.plex.tv/

ExpressVPN v7.2.3 (9028)

Configured - Protocol - Automatic

Plex is configured for Remote Access. Which means I or others
can access the server from outside the network. Thru a manually
specify public port [32400].

Configuration with ExpressVPN not connected
Private 192.168.1.10 :32400 Public 68.56.40.203 :32400 = Internet Access

Configuration with ExpressVPN connected via Chicago
Private 192.168.1.10 :32400 Public 173.239.199.90 :32400 X Internet Access connection failed

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciative.

If your vpn client supports port forwarding, you will want to set that up through there as well using the 32400 you have listed in settings. You may be able to allow unrestricted access to Plex in vpn settings too. I am just not familiar w/ ExpressVPN.
