Can't connect to server from iPhone

Hi. Trying plex on iphone for first time. Can get to server on iphone from plex.tv no problem, stream no problem. Open up app, see all the recommended streaming stuff that’s not local to me… tidal etc… don’t see my server stuff. Interface looks different than web app. Click on More, see name of server, see “on this device”, both are greyed out? Can’t click? Please help thanks.

This is all on internal network. Streams to Roku fine.

You might want to update your server… current public release is version 1.19.3; yours seems to be 1+ years old.
