On the same network and as soon as I downloaded the latest update, it says that the server is unavailable! Has anyone else had this issue, if so, how do I fix it?
Yes, I’ve tried logging off and logging back in several times on both my computer and devices. It’s happening on all my devices. From the Samsung tv to my iPhone and it will connect on my iPhone but it tells me there is a problem and it will connect indirectly.
Can someone please help??
I have the same issue. I wish Plex had chat support or a phone number to call.

don’t use Microsoft Edge as your web browser. It doesn’t work with encrypted Plex connections in the local network. Download Chrome or Firefox.
-
disable ‘Secure Connections’ for now.
Stop/quit/end Plex Server using the tray icon
import the registry file I attached (unzip first, then double click the .reg file)
start Plex Server and see if anything has changed
Last resort measure:
3) https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
If you had success with 1) or 2) you might be affected by a DNS or ‘DNS rebinding protection’ issue.

Solving this will allow you to re-enable Secure Connections later under Settings - Server - Network

Yeah it would be good if they did especially after I paid for the yearly pass lol and it was their update that caused the problem.

I got frustrated so I deleted it and reinstalled it, but I reinstalled an earlier version. Which got it working again. But at some stage today, if I get a chance, I will update Plex again and see if I have the same issues. If so, I’ll give what you said a shot and see if that works. And I’m using internet explorer which I’ve always used and haven’t had an issue with before.
Thanks for giving me some steps to do and I’ll let you know how I go.
