Can't connect with Plex Media Server on Synology 1812+

I have all of a sudden lost the ability to connect with my plex media server (PMS) on my synology NAS.

I have rebooted the NAS and uninstalled PMS and then reinstalled the latest PMS version manually.

When I click on “open” on PMS in the package center, the new tab that opens up (at address http://192.168.1.3:32400/web) says:

This page isn’t working

192.168.1.3 didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

(192.168.1.3 is the local network address for my Synology.)

Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem is that when I’m having this issue I can’t actually connect to the plex server by going to http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web.

I am able to access by synology server through web access but the plex server can’t be accessed.

I was able to fix the problem temporarily by unplugging my router, unplugging my switches/hubs and turning off the server completely. I then plugged back the router, turned the switches on and then booted up the synology and it worked.
