Can't download any video with quality other than Original

Player Version#:can’t find any info about the version. It’s the latest from AppStore.

Hi there!
Lately I can’t download any video to Plex for iOS with quality other than Original - download just stacks at 0%.

read this Downloads failing with any video quality other than original error 400 and specified a temp folder for the transcoder, but still no luck.

how to fix this bug?

You don’t have debug logging enabled on your server so it’s hard to tell what is going on. Also, the downloads process is controlled by the app so you’ll need to provide the simultaneous log from that too.

nope. PMS must provide a file to download (through Transcoder or not) to the client.
Transcoder is broken (check this PMS doesn't work at all - unable to watch anything! - #17 by WingDog) at this moment.

PMS logs what it is does to get the video ready, but the command that tells PMS what quality to use is coming from the client.
