Under settings try disabling Use hardware acceleration when available and Use hardware-accelerated video encoding

This fixed Downloads problem

Can't download any video with quality other than Original

but CPU is 100% load with software decode instead of Intel QSV HW transcode\encode.
so paywall features and transcoder are completly broken.
