I don’t have the option to download media from a Plex server, the download button just isn’t there. The server owner and I both have a Plex Pass, and there are several other people who can download from the server just fine, I am the only one with this issue. There just is not a download option anywhere, even though it shows up for everyone else just fine. The issue occurs on both my Android (using the Android app) and my laptop (using the Windows app). I’ve tried messing around with the settings, but nothing seems to make it appear. Any ideas?
The server owner needs to grant the right to download to every shared user individually.
