Error downloading on the same network with plex app

Good day,

I have been encountering errors when i try to download on the plex app on my samsung A52. When im on the same network as my plex server i am unable to download but when i use a different internet source e.g. my office wifi(Different location) I can download from my server. Could you please advise.

It likely has something to do with your home networking set up. DNS rebinding or similar maybe. In any case would need to see your android logs and probably server logs to figure out what issue is
