Had I known that was the filename I wouldnāt have bothered responding, 'cause if that filename doesnāt match with anything/anywhere - I wouldnāt be a bit surprised.
If the OP wants to battle Plex over filenames, thatās fine. I gave up that fight long ago and donāt wish to enter into another one with a user who, apparently, would rather not follow the instructions laid down for our behavior.

Try fixing that match with the Plex Movie agent and using
Men in Black- International as search term.

Iām trying the same movie and Iām not getting any ratings at all. Iām trying the method stated by @OttoKerner and I get the result for the movie, but no ratings of any kind are being pulled.
Iām selecting from the Plex Movie agent.
What did you do to get it to work? Iām trying another movie and no ratings at all for Plex Movie.
Missing ratings too
So you and I along with a pair of other users are reporting missing ratings for content on Plex Movie? @OttoKerner, can you report this?
Looks like it has to do something with 2019 releases. I am experiencing the same issue. I request for this issue to be investigated.

Plex imdb ratings are broken, has been for years. No way to fix locally, so might as well save the time debugging:

This goes for RT ratings too. And TMDB movie agent instead of Plex movie agent, does not fix it either.
