There is a folder (and only this particular one) when I tried to use the “Add Folders” feature in the “Manage Library” tab, then I clicked in I couldn’t find any of the folders and can only see a bunch of system folders. Not sure why and don’t know how to fix it. Can anyone here help on this?
That sounds like a permission problem where the functional/system account running your PMS on the Syno has no access to the folder you’re trying to add…
