How to add a library

Hello, I just installed plex on my sinology nas, when it asks me to add a library, I select volume1, then the video folder and it stops there, it doesn’t let me see all the subfolders, even the library would be enough for me if it were the video folder but then let me see all the contents of the subfolders, instead it tells me that the library is empty… what should I do? Thanks a lot to everyone

That sounds like a permission issue.
You might want to check out the Plex for Syno FAQ for details on how to configure your NAS to work with Plex.
