Can't libraries after server after update

Server Version#: 1.99.0.210-2d92b948
Player Version#: 4.136.0
On Windows 10 Pro

I’m stumped. After updating to the server version shown above I can’t see any of my libraries and I don’t have the option to add libraries on the left menu. Everything of mine seems to be gone but I do still see a shared library from a friend. My library is located on a different drive on the same computer than where the Plex Server program is located. Not seeing others that have had this same issue, maybe I’m just not searching correctly.

I’ve tried restarting the Plex Server, restarting the web version and restarting the computer with no luck.

I’m no IT pro but I’m fairly computer literate. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
Steve

That isn’t a server version. It’s the version of the Desktop player app that looks like the web app in browser.

Does it show the server running in the task tray on bottom right?

@BigWheel thank you so much for your response! Of course it was simple and silly, the Plex Server wasn’t running, just the desktop player. You were right that the server was not showing in the task tray so I started it up and everything was back to normal.

Again, thank you for the response to something simple that I should have figured out on my own!

I have the same problem but I can see the Plex icon in the systray. At one point when I login using 127.0.0.1:port I could see all my drives and there was a error in the main frame saying my server wasnt claimed. I attempted to claim it but it didnt work and now I cannot get back to that site. When I login to any IP/port all i get is the same ole thing with no drives where my movies and shows are. I am also missing a list of menu items that allow you to setup your drives.

what does http://<IP_OF_PMS>:32400/identity show?
