Sounds like you might have unlinked your server from your account. This can e.g. happen if you change your password and select the option to sign-out all devices. You should still be able to access your server using its local IP address from within the same subnet: http://[Syno IP address]:32400/…

I can’t find mine either. I’m fighting with Plex for many years so far. I’ve got in contact with Help teams several times in the past. I think the question is that Plex keeps you always occupied, one problem afterr another an d that is it, you needn’t to access to your media nor to Plex TV Channels …

Sorry if that’s your experience. I’ve been running my server for 5+ years without such issues. That doesn’t mean it can’t happen (as you shared your experience) – though it seems if you keep running into such problems over and over, there might be a more fundamental problem with your setup.
