Can't find my server

This morning my server was acting up so I rebooted the computer and then the message said that the Server Settings weren’t available. I followed the steps here
https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/?_ga=2.224825178.1744580811.1608747326-1281063939.1592972254

and that did not work. So I tried to make sure I had the latest version, I usually do anyway but I downloaded version 1.21.1.3830-6c22540d5 and ran it and used the “repair” option. It failed near the end because it said it could not update the youtube.png file

Also attached is the log.
(File removed)
I can’t figure out what changed. But I really need to get everything working again. Can someone please help!!!

I restored a backup from the Scheduled tasks with yesterday’s date and now it is saying that I can “Claim the server” but when I click the button to claim the server, it doesn’t do anything

Server Settings are still unavailable and now no remote access either

After a couple of restarts, it looks like it is back up. Will continue to monitor (if someone sees something in the log, I should look at, feel free to let me know)

Do you use several Windows user accounts?
These symptoms sound to me as if either Plex server or the Plex installation program were running concurrently under several Windows user accounts.
Either the above, or you are in need of a hard drive health check.
