When I click on the 3 vertical dots, I see options like Add to watchlist, Watch Together…, Share…, Play Next, Add to Queue, Play trailer and Mark as Watched but none for Download
Thanks for the link but I still could not find any option for download. I checked my account if I had to enable or give permission for downloads and I did not see anything there relating to downloads.
Download are only available on specific client types. And only for your own media.
If you are using the installed Plex-For-Windows, then you can only use the “Download” button that appears if you are logged in as a user with permission to download that has Plex Pass, or the main account itself (which has Plex Pass).
If you are on browser, there is a triple dot option to download/save the file, but it is a clunky thing and it downloads the raw file to a folder of your choice, just like if you downloaded a file from the internet.
Which of these options are you attempting?
