No download option in context sensitive menu with plex pass on windows 10

I’ve downloaded the latest versions and have bought a plex pass which is acknowledged in both the server and windows app. I’m the only user. I can adjust the setting for the quality of download I prefer but there is no download option on any Plex movie. It’s not in the context sensitive menu for the movie nor available as a button (screenshot attached). All support guidance seems to relate to previous versions and hasn’t been helpful. Hope someone can help! date=2022-10-07

You can only download videos from your own libraries or shared libraries (if the owner granted you permission to download media). You cannot download content from Plex’ online media sources like live tv streaming or their video-on-demand service.

The screenshot seems to be showing a movie from their video-on-demand service – hence, no download option. IIRC that’s a licensing restriction by the content owners from where Plex gets those movies/shows.
