Can't find Playlist in sources

Guys need help. I can’t find the playlist source option on the sidebar anymore. and there is no option within settling to enable it either.
Initially playlist use to appear under libraries and clicking on it I would get a page where I could import iTunes playlists by gear now I can’t find the playlist view anywhere.
there is option to create playlist from within Music or Videos or Movies but they don’t give any option to import from iTunes.

I tried uninstalling PMS completely even folders from my Mac but even re install that playlist option is missing.

please guide me. I searched few playlist issues but all seem to have issues with Imports but in my case even playlist section is missing completely.

Do you have at least 1 playlist? You won’t get the option to see them unless there is at least 1. Make up a fake one if you need to.

hi there.
when I click on music. on right top side I see an option to create playlist. clicking that automatically makes a playlist of its own and asks me to name it.
that playlist shows on left side bar.
when I click that playlist there’s no option to import iTunes playlist
what’s the next step.

Have you enabled the iTunes plugin, which is required for this?

All my music playlists are gone including all the iTunes playlists. There are no options to import the iTunes playlists and when I create a Playlist within Music that playlist does not appear anywhere. The only playlists that appear under Playlist are videos. What happened?

I have the iTunes plugin checked in.
Itunes library xml path is empty like ur picture.

I tried to remove all Plex from my Mac and reinstall but the play list is not back.
sad thing is that everything was working and I deleted the playlist myself by mistake and now not able to re add it from anything.

I can form a new playlist from within music folder but that playlist has all songs of the music folder and gives no option of importing iTunes stuff.

You need to include the path. Sorry for the confusion. I don’t use iTunes, that’s why mine is empty. PMS needs to be able to find your iTunes XML to give you the option to import.

I am having the same problem. The option to add to a playlist is still there but after I do add something to a playlist I still never see “Playlist” as an option.

Refresh the page.

I have the same issue - I’ve just setup the Plesk server ( PlexMediaServer-1.19.4.2935-79e214ead-x86.exe
But I don’t have the Playlist feature - there is no way to import anything. There are no options or settings in the playlist section. Can you suggest a solution?
