Can't fix multiple problems

Someone hijacked my account and I have made numerous attempts to correct the issue but seem to have only complicated the issue. I attempted to change my password which I thought had worked so I attempted to enable two source authentication but that did not work because it asked for my password so I entered the one I thought I had changed but it did not accept it now it keeps asking for the authentication code but I do not receive one on my phone. This program was good now it is not so much.

Help would be greatly appreciated since I cannot find any help from plex support.
